I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah last weekend, at my surprise 40th birthday party. My husband planned this party for me, that I had no idea about. The bartender he originally was going to book, backed out and left him stranded. He was directed to Just Bartending, and was hooked up with Sarah. She was professional, easy to communicate with, and moved with speed and grace. For a crowd of almost 50 people, you wouldn’t know she was the only one serving us! She kept the line moving and the drinks flowing~ even with several craft cocktails to make, that our guests could order! She even brought a drink to me when I was busy mingling with my guests – which was much appreciated. She was friendly and personable and we would use her again in a heartbeat! If you host a party and she is working for you – I can guarantee it will be a good, tasty and safe experience for all! She defined professionalism and made the party perfect!
